De Villiers Graaff High School lays at the feet of the Villiersdorp Mountains just 100km from Cape Town. The school was founded in 1872 and has since been offering quality education to all leaders who pass through its’ doors. Since inception the primary focus was on academics, despite a strong sporting culture and history.
The JAKS trust have been involved with the restoration of House Duraan and other school facilities to aid the continuation of the high standards that the school set out to achieve 144 years ago. Principal, Gesina Lobser has laid a strong foundation for the future growth of the school. Sports skills for life skills is excited to partner with such a dynamic principal.
A SS4LS Alumni Ezryn Van Aswegen is heading the cricket development program at the school. Recently Cricket South Africa has come on-board as a partner in enhancing the cricket development at the school declaring it a Focus School.
